Please find below the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Softosy Reward & Referral Program, operated by Softosy Pet Boutique:
General
1.1 Softosy Reward & ReferralProgram is operated by Softosy Pet Boutique.
1.2 By participating in the Softosy Reward & Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.3 Softosy Pet Boutique reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or alter the Softosy Reward & Referral Program, including these T&Cs, at any time without prior notice.
1.4 Softosy Reward & Referral Program can be earned on qualifying purchases made at softosyhome.com and completing specific actions.
1.5 SoftosyPoints have no cash value. SoftosyPoints cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
1.6 SoftosyPoints can only be earned and redeemed by registered users of softosyhome.com.
Softosy Reward & Referral Program Accounts
2.1 Each email address can only register once for this program.
Earning SoftosyPoints
3.1 SoftosyPoints can only be earned on Softosy Pet Boutique (website of softosyhome.com) products and are not applicable to shipping cost, taxes and etc.
3.2 One point will be issued for each US$1.00 that you spend. The SoftosyPoints are calculated based on the final order value (i.e., the actual amount the customer pays for products, deducted the discount, excluding shipping cost and taxes).
3.3 The SoftosyPoints are calculated in U.S. dollars equivalent to the order amount, rounded up to the nearest integer. Due to changing exchange rates, the order amount may slightly fluctuate. Thank you for your understanding.
3.4 SoftosyPoints can only be added at the time of fulfillment and cannot be added retrospectively.
3.5 SoftosyPoints are divided and deducted proportionally based on the amount
refunded.
3.6 Softosy Pet Boutique reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes misuse of the Softosy Reward & Referral Program.
3.7 Softosy Pet Boutique reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending customer Softosy Reward & Referral Program and SoftosyPoints accrued, if it has reason to believe the program is being abused.
Redeeming SoftosyPoints
4.1 For every 100 SoftosyPoints earned, US$10.00 discount code in rewards will be provided to be redeemed.
4.2 The Discount Code redeemed from SoftosyPoints is no minimum purchase requirement, one use per customer, cannot combine with other discounts, valid for designated customer only and etc.. Customer need to meet the Discount Code requirements before use.
4.3 The Discount Code redeemed from SoftosyPoints cannot be transferred to other customers or redeemed for cash.
Softosy Referral Program
5.1 If Customer(Referrer) wants to get reward must refer their friends(Referred friends) via referral link in Softosy Referral Program.
5.2 If customer’s friend(Referred friends) wants to get rewards, they can only sign up and place an order via the referral link and in Softosy Referral Program(Reward Program Page or Pop-up Window), otherwise the referral reward won’t be provided in account.
5.3 US$10.00 discount code in rewards will be provided to be redeemed once friend’s order gets fulfilled.
