Shipping policy

Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered

1.Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of product quality. 

It normally takes within 24 - 72 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.

2.Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. 

A shipment may take 14-30 business days to arrive. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.

Canada, United Kingdom & Australia

For orders under US$49, Shipping Fee is US$4.99/order. 

 

Rest of World

Standard Shipping (14~30 business days)

For orders under US$49, Shipping Fee is US$5.99/order. 

 

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through Order Status.

*These are estimates based on the time it took for majority of orders to be delivered. Actual Processing and Shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges.

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order.

 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
